Firewall Blocks

The ENS firewall is blocking outbound TCP traffic to 3 IPs even though we allow all outbound traffic, a firewall rule has been created to allow the traffic, and i have added the IPs to the Defined Networks as trusted. Anyone know how to resolve? I have tested on ENS 10.6.1 December 2019 Update and ENS 10.6.1 November 2020 Update.

Re: Firewall Blocks

Hello @Former Member

I assume you allowed all outbound traffic in ENSFW Rule policy, but this block is probably defined under Option policy under "DNS Blocking" section and that block sits on higher level than any rule in Rule policy.

I hope this helps.
