Hi @geoseng,

Thank you for reporting this as well. I believe it is merely taking some time. Please ensure the following are done:

  1. ENS 10.7 new components are successfully installed
  2. A reboot is done on the machine
  3. An update is also run successfully on the machine.
  4. After this, an Agent Server Communication is also done on the endpoint.

Please let me know how this goes.

Oh, I need to import the new extension first: Threat_Detection_Reporting_1.0.0.238_extension.

Another quesiton:
I upgraded my computer to ENS 10.7. In EPO,  I no longer able to see "Amcore Engine version", "Amcore content version", "Adaptive threat protection content version" and "Exploit Prevention content version". Anything I miss out?

Hi @geoseng,

Thank you for reporting the issue. Before I could answer, I see that you have already caught the solution. The purpose of this extension is to let you avail the new "Story Graph" feature of the product. Hence it becomes a pre-requisite for ATP extension.

Tested on some machines. Works fine and without BSOD 🙂

You need to check-in extensions in this way

1. ENS Platform

2. ENS Threat Prevention

3. ENS ATP

4. ENS FW

Works fien for me.

@denn,

Is the ATP (TIE) Module now included for FREE in the ENS suite with 10.7?

Could not find out with reading release Notes 10.7.

Hi @SWISS,

Thank you for your post. Can you kindly verify if you are able to see ENS ATP as a separate module if you have purchased ENS ATP with your Grant# ? Please login to your product section using the Grant on the below Link:

Hi @SWISS

Whilst the ATP module is now part of the ENS Bundle, it is still a separate module with its own installer. I'm not sure how this effects the pricing side of this, your sales team would be able to validate that for you.
