Is anyone using SirsiDynix Symphony? Need exclusions

Our library is using SirsiDynix Symphony and we are having issues with McAfee Endpoint Security Threat Prevention interfering with the Symphony workflows.  SirsiDynix support just told our library to exclude entire folders of their products.  My CISO doesn't like excluding entire folders\drives and would like to narrow down the exclusions to executables\processes.  If I disable On-Access Scanning, the library doesn't experience problems.  I've turned on debugging, but I can't be able to see anything that stands out.

Is anyone else using SysDynix with McAfee ENS and what exclusions do you have?

Unfortunately, the debug logging doesn't show all the files that we are scanning. McAfee scans all the I/Os happening on the machine and logging it all down on a log will be causing alot of stress on the machine.

Also, it is best to follow the recommendation from the vendor end as they know which exclusion would help their product to work as expected in the presence of an AV. This is the same case with any product out in the market.
