Issue with ENS Webcontrol just quits working.

I have no idea why, but it appears that ENS Webcontrol will work for a short time and just stop working. I notice after install Webcontrol Extention in Chrome or Edge will work for a few days after install and then at some point stop working. 

Noting the Web Control Extention will be green or blue for good sites or internal and then after a while goes orange.

Google searches that showed the Web Control balloon, previously, no longer show the balloons or show  a grey question mark balloon. 

Removal and reinstallation fixes the issue for a short time and then back to not working again. 

How is this fixed so it stops happening?

If webcontrol icon is Orange then its unable to reach the GTI Servers.

Please refer the KB below and verify if there are any network restrictions.

I have been working thougth the KB. Nothing has worked yet. I have been checking and find that machines for the most part in our environment are working fine. So it appears to be something local.
