MAC OS Unable to upgrade to ATP 10.5.9.102

Hello guys,

a client is using MAC OS.
He is running Adaptive threat protection 10.5.6.100. I want to upgrade to higher version.
I tried to run client task now -> mcafee agent -> product deployment -> adaptive threat protection for mac 10.5.9.102
However it failed due to "Unknown error". I tried to run it two times

OS is Mojave 10.14.3

Sadly ePO doesn't give away much in regards to why an installation failed. It will always show "unknown error". So you'd need to look at the logs on the system. Specifically the /var/log/install.log and maybe the /var/log/system.log

First of all though you'd need to upgrade the rest of ENS - has this been done? What versions of MA and ENS are currently installed on the MACs?
