I have a computer running Windows 7 x64 SP1 fully updated. This computer previously had Mcafee VSE, HIPS and SAE but i have since removed them and has deployed Endpoint 10.3 on it as a test pilot.
Since i installed ENS 10.3 on the computer I notice MaComServer.exe keeps crashing and every hour or so and then an error message is written to Windows logs.
I have removed ENS and reinstall it but the app still crashes.
Please see error message below, any help would be appreciated, i cannot find anything about MaComServer.exe what it does or what its required for or how to fix it.

Hi,
The exe is the MA Scheduler Component. If all other components works fine, it could be due to some corrupted registry value left behind by the previous uninstall of software. Perhaps can try uninstalling it. Do some registry clean up before reinstalling again?
BR.
Thanks for the reply, McAfee Endpoint Security seems to be working just fine
I think its a corrupted registry value too but i do not know how to fix it.
It maybe leftovers from a previous uninstall of VSE 8.8 or ENS 10.3 because i only experience this issue after i remove VSE and installed ENS 10.3.
I have since uninstalled ENS 10.3 and reinstalled it and it did not fix the problem so i am a bit perturbed by this.
Also When I removed ENS totally and just leave McAfee Agent on the computer i do not receive the error messages.
Is there a McAfee removal tool i can use to remove their software and it will also clean up leftovers?
Thanks in advance
