McAfee AMCore Content Version is not Updating


Hi All,

I'm trying to update the AMCore of my endpoint and the update is stucked here. Haven't seen any logs in ProgramData\McAfee\Agent\logs or am I looking at the wrong logs. After manually reinstalling ENS in the endpoint, this issue will happen again.

Hi @User58617863 

Thank you for your post. This update progress is monitored via PackageManager_Activity.log present under "C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Endpoint Security\Logs" and UpdaterUI_hostname.log under "%temp%\McAfeeLogs".

Please let us know what you find there with respect to the timestamp of update triggered by you.
