So ihave an ePO 5.9.1.
I have the Nov update for 10.6.1 installed which has a memory leak on ATP.
I checked in the Dec release for packages and patch.
I cant go from 10.6.1 Nov to Dec. Machines just doesnt install, patch or full install. local or Epo command even though a task says it installed. the machines just refuse. Then 99% of the machines on the Task state that no valid repository can be found.
I can go from 10.6.0 to Dec patch but only sometime as the task either says it installed and doesnt appear to as the version stays the same on epo and client.
If i deploy agent 5.6 same thing. it works on the majority but those that fail also state unable to find valid repository.
I have rebuilt the master repository. same thing.
Even create distributed repository with UNC path on seperate server. Also get unable to find valid repository when test policy is applied and client redirected to unc as primary.
I have rebuilt the Key store. Same thing.
I have allocated more meory and cpu to server. Same thing PS i have 16 cpu and 18gb memory and server is sitting at around 30% on cpu memory around 20%
ATP dec update installs on some machines regardless of version of ENS. but on others states no valid repository.
While ENS tasks for platform and TP are done one at a time and still fail with no valid repository a task running just after it for Agent will work.
And then 2 mins later a task for agent, platform tp or ATP will fail with unable to find valid repository.
Windows 2016 Server with windows FW off same result.
Windows 2016 Server with windows FW on with rules for McAFee same result.
Windows 2016 Server with windows FW on with rules "any" "Any" outbound and inbound same result.
Windows 2016 Server with windows FW off same result.
The service is always started althought thurned off.
Client log always responds:
I #10032 curl text 63 Failed to connect to X.X.X.X port 443: Connection refused
Yes port does respond to Telent but will fail 10 times and then connect 5 and then fail 4 and connect 10.
Anyone else had issues installing ENS dec update either via epo or even manual install.
Epo has 10000 clients.

@msmiley Upgrades from November to December are not possible due to the minor incremental packages being pulled at release due to incomplete fix inclusion. In order to upgrade 10.6.1 Nov Update to newer code and obtain those full fixes, you must use the incremental package released today as 10.6.1 February Update.

I believe there's an issue upgrading from November to December.
As far as ATP's memory leak being fixed in the December update, don't count on it. We still have weekly reports of it consumming all available memory and CPU on systems.
We have certainly had a bit of a hiccup with the December release. The actual update package was pulled. What is available, is the full installer (repost) package.
This then poses the question of, how the heck do I upgrade? Below are some examples, but at this time it might be more beneficial to wait for the February update, for which we expect a standard release of an update package, and a full install package.
ENS 10.5.4? Use full installer package to upgrade to 10.6.1 December update
ENS 10.5.5? Use full installer package to upgrade to 10.6.1 December update
ENS 10.6.1? Remove install, reboot, and install fresh using the December repost package
We are aware that not all reported memory leaks are addressed within the December update, but it does address a few (outlined within the release notes), and there is no guarantee that all enviornments will experience all identified issues. These issues are at the top of the priority list to address.
For those that are just now looking towards the December update, it would probably be more beneficial to wait for the February update (to avoid having to update twice).
