My McAfee status is Issue detected, and the problem is related to McAfee Endpoint Security. Blow is the Stattus reported.

McAfee DLP Endpoint OK
McAfee Updater OK
McAfee Endpoint Security Issue: Exploit Prevention is not responding. Issue: On-Access Scan is not responding. Issue: ScriptScan is not responding.

Hi,

Do you see that the mfetp process is running on the machine? Check the system Event log once to see if there is any crash of the mfetp process. 

Also If you have mfesysprep tool (You can get it inside the ENS Platform Installation package or contact Support to get the latest version of the tool) then run that on the machine to check if there is any 3rd party DLL hook present on the machine.

Sorry, I don't know how to check if the mfetp process is running or not. And I don't know where to check t he system Event log either. Could you please tell me the detail procedures how to do that.

For mfesysprep tool, I also need more information about to get them.

Check the Task manager for Running processes:

Also you can check the TP Activity log to see if the processes running history.

Check windows Event logs>Application log to see if there has been any process crash.

MfeSysprep tool you can get inside the ENS Platform installation package. For the latest version of that tool you will need to contact the Support team by opening a ticket.
