Im hoping someone can assist, i am experiancing high CPU and RAM usage everyday on login into windows 10.
McAfee Management Service sits at 98% CPU usage & WWAN AutoConfig sits at 99% RAM usage making it impossoble to work for around 1-2 hrs.
We have removed the agent for a day and system is fine however as a paying customer that has no protection this is not how we want to run our systems "un-protected".

Have you opened a case with support? Have you collected Procmon, and MER?
You state you removed the agent do you mean (MA) or ENS?
I noticed you are running ma 5.0.6. Have you tried MA 5.5?
What is the full version of ENS you are runnnig 10.5.x ????? is it 1, 4, etc.. and any hotfixes?
It is unusal for the mfemms service to have high CPU. This service is only used to manage the McAfee Services - it is essentially our version of WMI service.
From the website this seems to be an application which is used to play games. This isn't the type of software we'd expect to be running on corporate systems. I tried downloading it to test the results on my test machine but I received a 404 error.
I would suggest the same as BEllis and ask you to submit data to our technical support team. As mentioned it is highly unusual for this process to be using a lot of CPU so we would need to analyse logs such as procmon to look for a cause.
