Re: McAfee WebControl 10.6.1 Memory leak ?

Hi,

Can you open a service request with McAfee? That much memory should not be seen by mfewc.exe process in 10.6.1.

Regards,

Mike

Does the memory stay high after a reboot occurs?

Re: McAfee WebControl 10.6.1 Memory leak ?

Hello,

It seems that the problem was resolved with  WebControl july patch for 10.5.x...

Could it be possible that 10.6.1 wasn't patched?

Thanks

By the way, I have a couple of Windows 7 Workstations that have the problem (mfewc.exe takes 1,4 GB memory)

10.6.1 has the code changes that are in the 10.5.4 July update. Can you create a support ticket so this can be investigated?
