McAfee security manager platform Activity logs would not load alerts and keeps spinning?

I am have been having issue loading my “ IDS / McAfee” application vulnerability alerts on my current machine / Laptop.  Unfortunately, my when I logged into IDS/McAfee, clicks on the “Activity Log” it goes into a looping or spinning cycle.
