Hello AdithyanT,
Our team has found out the solution with ENS December update, After the upgrade with December update issue was resolved. Issue was with ENS July update.
Thank you all for ideas given
This looks and sounds like: KB92362
Please ensure you have the latest AMCORE content in your Master Repository. Then run the update task to get the AMCORE updated, following this an Exploit Prevention Content Update should be able to be done. If you have not rebooted following the fresh install, I would also recommend doing so.
Hi @dilan90,
Thank you for your post. This is a very strange issue and we are seeing more than one symptoms where i would strongly recommend raising a Support request with us to investigate further.
To begin with, I can confirm we do not have any known issues that would cause this (a product Bug AFAIK), with ENS 10.6.1 December update.
I have couple of suggestions to look into however, which may at one cause multitude of problem like this.
1) Please ensure there are no 3rd party dll injections happening. It would be best to upload sysprep and sysprep_child logs form the installation folder here so that i can verify the same for you.
2) It is better we look into the installation logs to confirm that the installation was actually successful here.
and one more thing to note here, ENS Threat prevention component is not updated as it is still showing version as 10.6.1.1666 - July repost update!
I sincerely hope this information helps!
We have same issue, but in our case issue is getting resolved after deploying ENS Oct patch/release
You may try installing October release.
Hi @dilan90,
I am suspecting a corrupt/failed installation/upgrade here. I just recalled a Service Request where I identified that due to GPO policy change, the root certificate update was blocked thereby not allowing us to install out product or update AMCORE due to missing certificates. So, that can also be a cause here. if you want to check it further and look into the solution or the same. please refer the below KBA:

I sincerely hope this helps!
