Good day,
I have the following processes consuming 98% CPU on a SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 (x86_64) server with agent 5.0.6 and ENSLTP 10.2.2 running on it.
/opt/McAfee/agent/bin/Mue_InUse -script /var/McAfee/agent/update/UpdateMain.McS -id 843822568 -localeid 0409 -logfile /var/McAfee/agent/logs/McScript.log -parent FRAMEWORK -initiator 1 -installdir /opt/McAfee/agent//lib -taskid 1
/opt/McAfee/agent/bin/Mue_InUse -script /var/McAfee/agent/update/UpdateMain.McS -id 430539016 -localeid 0409 -logfile /var/McAfee/agent/logs/McScript.log -parent FRAMEWORK -initiator 1 -installdir /opt/McAfee/agent//lib -taskid ma.cert.update.task.id
It's similar to the issues experienced and fixed under https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB82557 but the versions are different.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Hi, you are running a few versions behind. The latest ENSL is 10.6.1 and is compatible with your OS. It is very likely we have already addressed this issue in the later builds. I'm afraid there isn't a KB article I can share with you but based on escalations seen in the past, I'm not aware of any such issues in the latest builds and therefore the general recommendation 🙂

@Tshepi Please be advised that Mue_InUse is a process of the McAfee Agent. So though chealey's recommendation regarding upgrade of ENSLTP has merit, it is possible that your current issue is more likely due to a problem on that version of McAfee Agent. You could benefit greatly from upgrading both products for the above stated and the fact that ENSLTP has had significant improvements since 10.2.2.
