Whenever some users try to open Windows explorer the following message comes up: Please wait while Windows configures McAfee Endpoint Security Threat Prevention. And then getting another pop up " Windows Installer- Preparing to install.
But the installer never finish. Only way out is to restart Windows Explorer via Task manager to get Task bar and so on working again.
In Windows Event log I found out that the LogLib.dll is missing.
Also the complete folder is empty.

Remove McAfee Threat Prevention using McAfee Removal Tool and reinstall . It works now
You can try repairing the installation by running the following:
"C:\Program Files\McAfee\Endpoint Security\Threat Prevention\RepairCache\setupTP.exe /fam"
However I would strongly advise you to create a Service Request for this issue so we can assist you further.
