Puppet Sample Scripts to use with Cloud Connector for AWS

Good morning,

I received the following error when running the Puppet Sample Scripts with Cloud Connector for AWS. Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue?

Generating url to fetch configuration data
Trying to download installation files from Peers
Downloading configuration file from e2w2mgthbsec1.rpr.irs.gov
Trying to download files directly from ePO
Unable to download files via Proxy. Using Relay
Unable to download files via relay. Downloading files failed
Error occurred during agent McAfeeSmartInstall operations
Installation finished
false

Thanks for your post.

1. When prompted, download the installer. Or, click Install to download and install McAfee Agent.
2. In the File Download dialog box, click Run.
3. Click Run to confirm installation. A dialog box shows the progress of the installation.

   The installation log McAfeeSmartInstall_<date>_<time>.log is saved in <LocaltempDir>\McAfeeLogs.

It seems something is getting wrong from the network it self, First smart installer will download the files and then execute it and here seems that this is not able to download itself.

The user must have administrator rights on the local system to install MA, using McAfee Smart Installer.

Please check the logs from above location.

Also , I would like to suggest you to please create a frampkg.exe from system tree and try to execute that on the client machine to check whether the MA is getting installed or not.
