Query on ENS V3 DAT for Windows 2008 R2 after 31 Dec 2021

HI Team

 We are referring to KB Support for Windows 7/Server 2008/2008 R2 after January 2020 (mcafee.com),

for windows 2008 & Win 2008 r2, it is mentioned "Existing support until December 31, 2021
Extended Support until at least December 31, 2023"

Does this means that ,  there will be no ENS V3 DAT/amcore get released for win 2008 & r2?

thanks,

girish modak

Hi @GirishModakM

Thank you for reaching out to McAfee Community.

As per the details you provided, the support will be ended for Win 7 and Win 2008 R2 after the mentioned dates.

In the mean time, we request you to upgrade OS as Microsoft does not support these Operating Systems either.

Was my reply helpful?

If yes, Please give me a kudo.

@yaz

 Thanks for the reply, but my question is ENS amcore/v3 DAT will still be supported and updated on Win 2008 R2 & Win 7 after 31st Dec 21?

Thanks

Girish Modak

Did you ever get an answer on this? The EOL notice doesn't mention DAT files, I assume it's just EOL on support. We still have some 2008 servers but haven't enough time or the resources to replace them yet.
