Several Installations could not be updated sucessfully and kill the explorer.exe Threat prevention installation shows up every click in the explorer McAfee Firewall goes down in the same time. Products of our Corporation won't work anymore cause of this Problem. Please send me the Download Link. PS: Gerne auch auf Deutsch Thx and BR Matyas Thomas

Endpoint Upgrade Assistance 2.2 is available through ePO Software Manager. It is listed under Utilities & Connectors. The latest EPR tool is included in the package.

Edit: EPR tool is not included with EUA. Please contact McAfee Support. My apology for any confusion.

The McAfee Endpoint Product Removal tool is available to anyone with an active Grant. 

To download the Endpoint Product Removal tool via Product Downloads:

1. Navigate to https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-us/downloads/my-products.html 
2. Log in with your Grant Number and email address, and then fill out the Captcha.
3. Search and select "Endpoint Product Removal" or first select "utilities and connectors" as a filter. 
4. Locate the latest version and download.
