Report safe sites for ENS web control

Hi 

we are getting a lot of users complain about sites that are safe such as blob://https//documentcloud.adobe.com being marked as unknown

Where do i request sites to be added as safe for GTI? ( think that's what its called )

or where do I overrule GTI's review and mark them as safe myself?

Thank you for your post. If you are referring to hxxps://documentcloud[.]adobe[.]com, It is marked as Personal Network Storage and there is no risk marked for this site.

Its when they download a pdf from the site

https://trustedsource.org/

Please select the Product as needed and it would show our category for each URL checked.

Please note that while downloading, the URL used would be different i.e., a webpage inside a site would be used which would carry a slightly different URL than the site you access. We would recommend you to verify the same and let us know the specific URL or you can share the exact action you perform to download the said document for us to have this verified from our end.

Please also note that certain organizations block certain categories internally via their administration and that would also need to be verified.

May I request you or a screenshot of the m=block message you receive when your download is attempted?
