SQL Query Help needed

Can some one help me to use SQL query to export all the policy and the list of exclusions. I can pull the process exclusion and other exclusion list by exporting the policy xml files. But I would like to get this done via MSMS.

Because this would give me the ObjectID and productID. I am not an expert in SQL and I would request someone can guide me though.
