System Slowness detected with McAfee Scanner Service

Hi,

I have noticed performance issue one of our customers PC. Once I executed the McAfee Profiler, I found that there were two files consuming more resources than others as you can see from attached image. 

I cannot recognize what are the parent process of those files.

Hello,

You need to run the Mcafee profiler and then add the process exclusion as per the result.
