Systems in Snooze Mode

I have systems in our organization that go into Snooze Mode after being reimaged. The systems are reimaged and Trellix is installed. I read somewhere that this could also be an issue with Group Policy but wanted to see if anyone knew if this was an issue caused by Trellix.

Windows Security, Action recommendations, under virus and protection, it says " McAfee Endpoint Security is snoozed." then an option to Turn on. (This step helps but is not a permanent solution, as you have to do it, daily, or several times during the day based on the computer)

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you,

Melanie

Re: Systems in Snooze Mode

Hi @guerreroma ,

Please confirm the Product in use, does it list as Trellix Endpoint Security in Start Menu & Control Panel?

If you've a screenshot, please share it in the reply.

Thanks.

Re: Systems in Snooze Mode

The product under the Start Menu states Trellix Endpoint Security. Attached are the screenshots of the error messages. The SA had ran this command in command prompt and the first three I believe should say Trellix and it says Windows Defender instead. This issue is sporadic. Some systems are seeing it and some aren't. There is no correlation between the systems that are experiencing the issue. They are different make and model systems.
