Unable to Open and run VMs in Hyper-v manager

The firewall agent uses the default policies. Now we cannot manage the Hyper-V  from Windows 10 and windows 11  manager, nor can we RDP and nor we can access machines in hyper v manager ?Agnone up with suggestions disabling firewall works but that's not the solutions
