Update security option disabled in ENS

Hi,

We are using ENS 10.5.3 and we found that on few systems update security option disabled(greyed out) on client system even though the agent-EPO communication is latest and OK.I reinstalled the agent and it started showing update security enabled again but after few days user again complaint.

Is there any permanent solution for that?Has anyone face the same issue

This can be set up in the policies.

Did you check them?

It's already enabled in policy.I checked many times.If that would have been the case then in that case it would not have not shown any time
