Upgrade TSH to MVISION

Good Morning. These days I renewed the antivirus subscription I had. And the seller told me that TSH is a discontinued product, therefore they quoted me the upgrade to MVISION. Now, I go to the McAfee ePO SaaS console and I no longer have the SUBSCRIPTIONS option to be able to update the licenses. Does anyone know how I can do to update the new MVISION license? Thank you. These days I contacted phone support and commented on the problem I am having.

I was assigned a case number (4-20245018001).

They told me they would contact me by mail or by phone.

At the moment, they have not contacted support.
