Hi all
We are looking at upgrading our desktops from Windows 10 1703 to Win 10 1809.
At present we have the following Mcafee applications installed on the client devices.
Mcafee Agent | 5.0.5.658 |
EndPoint Security - Platform | 10.5.3.3178 |
EndPoint Security - Threat Prevention | 10.5.3.3264 |
EndPoint Security - Firewall | 10.5.3.3108 |
Data Loss Prevention Endpoint | 10.0.260.42 |
Drive Encryption - Windows | 7.2.1.16 |
Drive Encryption - Agent | 7.2.1.16 |
FRP | 5.0.9.108 |
Now, I assume I need to get these updated to the latest version of all of them.
We are running ePO Build: ePolicy Orchestrator 5.9.0 (Build 732)
I had tried to update the client side programs, by downloading the latest versions from the Mcafee Download page and uploading the zip files into the Master Repositories and setting them to Evaluation.
I then deployed these to the a single test machine. This is what the product page looks like now.

While it appeared to install most of the updates without issue, DLP doesn't seem to work anymore and I have no idea why.
How best do we go about upgrading the client side apps via EPO?
Do we need to update anything on the server?
I've been provided with VERY limited training on how to manage EPO and Mcafee, so any help would be awesome.
