Want to know how to uninstall trial version of ENS adaptive threat protection

I am installing license copy of ENS adpative threat protection Using EPO. On some computers, I can't install, and I see TELEMTRY1000 1.6.0.623 is listed as installed product. I try to use Agent Remover Tool, and no avail. Do I need to go physically to individual computer to uninstall it?

As far as I am aware, to convert a trial license into a paid license you merely need to update ePO to reflect this i.e. with the new license key you received etc. 

Once this is updated, then the product will check with your ePO what license status it has.

Were you trial license systems conneced to ePO or not? If you are only seeing TELEMTRY listed in ePO, check you have all the ENS extensions in place in your ePO and check what happens when you press "Enforce policies" locally on the agent status monitor - does the client list ENS as a product it's checking for policies?
