When Threat Prevention is active we are facing windows update error (0x80246007)

Hello, we are facing windows update error (0x80246007) particularly with windows server 2019. As we try to install the 2023-05 cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 for x64-based systems (KB5026362) the error comes. When on-access-scan, Access Protection and Exploit Prevention are simultaneously disabled, the update installation is successful. Disabling only one of the three modules doesn't help. Maybe other fellow members are also having this issue? We use version 10.7.0.5786. Thanks and kind regards! Detlef Kupzock

I would like to check on the following points.

1) How many systems are affected?

2) Are the updates installed manually or through automatic Windows Update?

3) Is there any block events in ENS Events page?

4) Please try updating using the default policies for On-Access, Access Protection & Exploit Prevention.

@Pravas, download the UPDATE from Windows Update Catalo and please test. This is NOT a one time one customer problem. It has happend over last 5 years on different language OS. Which language OS is important?
