Windows Security Center incorrectly reports that Endpoint Security is disabled on Windows 10 (21H2)

The Windows Security Center correctly reports the status of Trellix Endpoint Security after the installation

However, it then incorrectly claims there is no protection after a reboot.

Removing and re-installing the Trellix Agent (5.7.7) and Endpoint Security (10.7.0 Nov 2022 update) has made no difference.

There are also errors in the event log for all installed ENS modules:

Event Type:        Property Collection

Error Code:        Unknown failure occurred on property collection

Is there any advise on how to fix this issue (other than switching the Microsoft alert off)?

Hi @ezim ,

Thank you for the post. Is it affecting all Windows 10 Systems running version 21H2?

I'm unable to recreate this in-house.

Please raise a Service Request with support.

Thanks
