Dear Team,
Could you please guide how can I exclude the .exe file in Mcafee EPO.
I want to create a rule to exclude the .exe file. Right now Mcafee is deleting the .exe tension file which I really needed.
Please guide how can I exclude the .exe file extension.
Thank you.

Make sure you do not exclude file type of exe, as many malware can affect exe's. You would want to exclude only your specific exe that you are concerned with. Also, depending on what engine is detecting it, you may need to take further action. If the detection is an unwanted program, a file/folder exclusion won't help. You would need to exclude it as the unwanted program detection name.
I will move this over to the ens team in case you have further questions.
