installation extension error

hello, when I want to install a product extension to the epo console, I get the following error

what is my error?

Thank you for posting in community forum. Could you please let us know what product extension are you trying to install? If you are installing extensions for ENS manually, then you would need to have the dependent extensions installed first, in this case you need to install ENS platform extension, kindly visit the below site --> login using your grant number and email id --> search for McAfee Endpoint Security -->Filter for extensions -->download platform and threat prevention extension --> check-in to your ePO.

Alternatively, you may also check-in ENS bundle from Software catalog that will automatically install all required extensions. Do let me know if you have any further queries.

friend I have to search with this name? "platform and threat prevention extension" ?

when I filter on the download page it only shows me the following (attached image).
I have downloaded what is in red, but it still gives me the error, or which one should I download?

Thank you for your post. Kindly download 'Endpoint Security platform extension version 10.6.1.1599' and also 'Endpoint security Threat prevention extension version 10.6.1.1757' and check-in them first before checking in any other ENS related extensions.

friend already in charge on the epo console, thanks! One question, when I want to create a deployment task, the extension that was uploaded endpoint security 10.6 does not appear, or should I install it again?
