hello,
today we have some old client (windows 7 SP1) , we successfully install the agent, but it always failed when we push or using task deployment for ENS, then we tried install manually using standalone packages, but still failed,
here some error on the logs,
[BootStrapperMain] [ERROR]: Dependency Installation Failed. Dependency :Common
and the screenshot was like this : The installation wizard was interrupted before Endpoint Security was installed. Your previous software was uninstalled, but no other changes were made to your system,
(first error actually was when we tried "run as administrator"= nothing happens, after we restart the OS the failures changed into installation failed)

Please try the following on Windows 7 Systems.
1. Install Root Certs
https://kcm.trellix.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB91697
2. Install Microsoft Update KB4474419
https://kcm.trellix.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB92382&locale=en_US
3. Re-install ENS
Please note Windows 7 is no longer supported with Standard License. You're requested to obtain Extended Support.
How to purchase extended support after December 31, 2021:
Beginning in January 2022, customers who want to use the above products on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 must purchase extended support to continue receiving Technical Support and content updates for these products. Contact your account manager for more details about this option.

it seems still failed after we applied those three points that you mentioned,
see the detail for the logs
well because there's EOS,EOL and warraty contract issues we can't open this issue to support, and some our old system can be installed using ENS 10.6, but some still can't, thanks anyway for your suggestion pravas,
