"MES for Mac can't be installed on this computer"

Hi,

I am trying to install MES 10.2.3-RTW-standalone on macOS 10.13.6. I keep getting an error that "McAfee Endpoint Security for Mac can't be installed on this computer". I have no idea why this occurs. Going through previous posts, it seems that a previous install may not have been unistalled appropriately. However, I went through all the possibilities to delete any files associated with previous installation, reboots etc, without any success. Help much appreciated.

Thanks,

Do you have the install logs?

Thanks Ben. I dont have a "Grant number", which stops me from creating a service request. I guess I have to contact our institutional support to figure this out? If there's an alternate way that I can get the removal tool, please let me know. Thanks.

Unfortunantly i cannot give it out in this forum and without a valid grant we cannot give it to you. Sorry. Please contact the people you purchased the product from about support. If they have a valid grant they can open a case with Business or Enterprise support and get the tool.
