web control installation error

Friends, when I try to deploy the web control product on a computer, I get an error (attached image).

Have you already installed Endpoint Security Platform before trying to install Web Control?

Web Control needs ENS Platform installed in advance.

If you have already done it, we might need to analyze Web Control installation log and McAfee Agent log so please collect MER log and raise a service request.

Hello, thanks for answering. I already installed the Endpoint Security Platform and then I was able to install the web control package. However, I made the deployment of that product to a computer and assigned a policy for blocking pages, however it is not working (it is not blocking the facebook page). Do you know what is the problem? Also in the box of products installed on the computer, the web control products (photo number 4) are not displayed, is it normal?
