Access to submit enterprise ideas

Hello, can i get a access to  submit enterprise ideas?

Currently i have access denied, buy have several ideas to submit.

Hi @sunshinebg 

I hope the answer provided has helped in a solution. For the reference of others who come across the same question:

The logged in user account in to Community page should be the same one used to login to you Service portal so that you can post Enterprise/Business product Ideas. The FAQ document for reference is here.

I still have this message when I try access to Business Idea Hub :

"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue."

Even if I use the same @mail ID for Service Portal and for Community.

Can you help please ?
