Mcafee installer always running

Hello. i have mcafee agent 5, and adaptive threat protection & security platform in cersion 10.6

i recently tried to unibstall it by deleting some of mcafee files, and now every time im right clicking on something or pressing win key, mcafee installer is showing up, try to install, failed and crashing my computer.

how can i fix that? i tried to install mcafee again and to remove it using the program file (it is password protected)

and even with the password i couldnt make it. does anyone have solution?

Thank you for your post.

I am afraid what you have is a corrupted installation of McAfee Endpoint Security and your Windows Installer detects that it is corrupted and missing files that it needs in order to function correctly thereby initiating a self repair to resolve the same.

I would recommend using Endpoint Product Removal Tool to remove the software as traditional methods of removal may not be of help here.

The Endpoint Product removal tool is available to all McAfee Customers with a valid Grant# and can be obtained by logging in using the same and their associated email ID in the below link:
