Zscaler and Agent Handlers

This isn't a question, just thought this information might help somebody else one day.

Since deploying Zscaler (Private Access) we were seeing really slow Update Now and Client Tasks.  For example; an update now on the office Lan would take around 10 seconds (assuming already updated and just checking), however on ZPA it would take around 5 mins (long to pull down AMcore updates).  Product updates were taking ages.

In ZPA policy we had the FQDN for the Agent Handler(s), however it seems something in the Agent didn't really like this (despite resolving the host name to IP in the logs).

We changed FQDN to the AH IP address and now everything works as fast as on the Lan (bandwidth dependent).
