Email Gateway Encryption (TLS) on IronMail

For implementing TLS on EmailGateway, is my IronMail appliance is enough and I dont need any other device for this purpose ? Also kindly suggest my the necessary steps for configuring my IronMail appliance in this regard. My IronMail is attached directly with Firewall in DMZ . Kindly guide. Also tell me that after enabling TLS , will it work for all domains or I have to explicitly specify the domains with which encryption will be done ? If it is for all outbound mails then how I will share my public key ?
