Spoofed e-mails

I would like to know how to configure anti-spoof in McAfee Ironmail for Exchange 2010.

In my company, a user received an e-mail that seemed to be spent by a coworker (because the spoofed e-mail appeared to be an internal user).

- Is IronMail able to deny an address that comes from ".biz", but appears to be internal?

- Does IronMail have the capability to tell whether or not an e-mail has been spoofed & block/redirect it if spoofed? Does IronMail perform address resolution before allowing the traffic?
