IS SVA = False & Antimalware protection status = blank

Hi Guys,

I am hoping someone here can possibly provide some answers as after having a support ticket open for 2 months i am no close to getting this sorted.  Initial problem on 4.5.1 was anti malware protection showing as blank, usual response was to update to latest which i have done and now running MOVE 4.8.

This unfortunately did not fix the issue but instead has introduced another, the SVA's are now showing as false.  Initially had a Collation error as the the new version of MOVE but have been advised MOVE now has temp tables created that for some reason takes on the default of the SQL server instead of the database instance.

I have been through and changed all of the affected temp tables to match the database instance collation but this still hasn't fixed the issue.  Now i am being presented with "Not able to updated protection status for account vCenter6.5 and edception iscom.mcafee.scor.exception.ScorException: DB ERROR".

I am unable to log into the SVA using svaadmin and what i think is the password set in the move deployment page.

Has anybody encountered this issue before?  Thought i would get a conversation going here as the staff at MOVE support whilst helpful seem very sparse..

Thanks

Arran
