MOVE 3.6.1 - error with Windows updates that are over 40mb.

On our TEST machine, were getting an error with Windows updates that are over 40mb.  Error Message - Access Denied:Deferred scan in progress for file C:|Windows\Installer\31a29f.msp

Some people suggested using exclusions.  Any suggestions for Exclusions that helped or any other suggestions?

This is not error.

This is because the scan was not able to complete in 45 sec and deferred scan in progress for this file.

So what's a viable solution, this seems like a common issue.  Do people just increase the Scan Timeout to a larger number?  What's a common setting for the Scan Timeout that would keep the message from popping up?
