Dashboard not loading for Safari and FireFox browser

Hi Team, One of the users is complaining that the dashboard never loads for him in FireFox and Safari browsers. It goes into a loop. Can you please help what browser settings do we need to tweak to make it work in both the browsers? Firefox security status is standard and cookies are also allowed, but still the issue doesn't resolve.
