Devices wont show on EDR console

Hi all,

just want to ask, i just fiished install tie and deploy edr client but when i want to check the system/client on edr dashboard using command "hostinfo" it wont show any devices, eventhou when i tested with testing file for generate on edr it works (show up on monitoring dashboard of edr) but not on real time search, i found some error when i checked the DXL layer fabric menu, SS attached : it shows on extension tab : databusCloud (type:ipe-databusproxyconnector) Error while sending HTTP request; SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out,

for the note: because covid-19 and wfh i can only access epo console and rdp only to epo server and some intermediate server using vpn

Hi Abu,

i just updated the edr extension and the cloud bridge extension but still when i tried searching devices on mvision edr dashboard - Device search still can't find my devices,
