Lost access to SkyHigh

I tried to access our SkyHigh (UCE) console today and it has completely disappeared.  It's not blank, it's just simply not there.  I had access yesterday and as far as I know there were no changes.  Our contract is up for renewal in March 2023.  Without an active subscription I can't submit a support ticket.  I have contacted my Trellix sales engineer who passed it off to the SkyHigh team but I can't get a response.

Is there any escalation path?  I'm dead in the water so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try directly calling to support and explain them the issue and they will be able to assist you.
