Question that I hope has an easy answer: Does McAfee scan for anything on a Linux system when the system is in the process of bootup (whether cold start or reboot)? If so, what parts of the system is it scanning - disk, memory, etc., and where is that bootup scan controlled at (ePO, mfetpcli, etc.)?

Hi @vPilot,

The answer to your question is No. McAfee does not scan for anything on a Linux system when the system is in the process of bootup (whether cold start or reboot). ENSLTP only initializes as all other applications and starts to function when there is read/write operation on the disk.
