Virus or not? JTI/Suspect!196817 What to do?

I'm new, don't know where to post this.  I just tried to run a program on my computer, and got a McAfee alert that it was Quarantined, JTI/Suspect!196817.  The program is a 3D Brain program that I bought years ago, and have used it fine before this.  How can I find out if this is now infected, & if so how can I remove the infection so I can use the program?  When I run McAfee and Malwarebytes on the .exe, no problem is reported.

I'm getting the same error on software I'd like to install. And where are the articles you're referring to?
