Need Support to for Upgrade NSM of GBL Location.

Dear Team, This is to inform you that, previously we had upgraded NSM manager for 10.1.7.65 version but we are seen now this NSM OS version 9.2.9.55 are automatically downgraded or else, Kindly investigation and share your finding. Previously we have discussed with your TAC team for SR NO.4-23923998851 and he has recommended version 10.1.7.65. Kindly provided POA for upgrading NSM of GBL location and also share the rollback plan for the same. Please arrange TAC team for upgradation of NSM for 10.1.7.65 version. Regards, Ganesh Shinde.
