​ I wish I could be more helpful but using the API's is something that only recently is becoming popular. For a long time the API guides were not as readily available to all users as they are now. I also don't manage a single solution anymore, I primarily do installation, configuration and tuning services for different organizations. It doesn't allow me the time to work with the more time consuming features.

Hi

My query is that is it possible to create a API in which whenever any threat event detected on client system and it reported to ePo events in that sudden time a ticket should automatically created in service now
