ESM Vulnerability CVE-2019-11358

Hello we are Vulnerability Management for the FedRAMP Infosec team. I am reaching out to you regarding the ESM vulnerability pasted below. CVE-2019-11358 We are needing an update on this vulnerability as it was suppose to be solved in q1 of 2022. I have attached the email chain that we had with Mike Squire about this previously but have not had any response. Please note this needing an answer on how to resolve this security vuln.
