McAfee Ransomware Recover (MR2) Failed to get latest package list from server

Hello Expert,


we have a problem with McAfee Ransomware Recover (MR2), i'm running this command "MfeDecrypt -list" the result, show the message error "failed to get latest package list from server. please check your network connection and try again."
i already switch the connection to another provider. but the result still the same.
